We went in for two one hour massages, at first the language barrier was rough and we could not figure out the difference between a combo massage and a full body massage, she just kept repeating the prices to us. This was not a big deal to me and would not have changed my opinion on the establishment had the rest of the experience been good. Once we went in the room to get undressed we could hear both masseuses seemingly yelling angrily at each other in their language. Not the most relaxing or professional thing to hear before your massage. We ended up getting 2 full body massages which were great but both masseuses separately left the room numerous times for minutes at a time essentially wasting time we were paying for. During a couple of these times we could hear other customers coming in for appointments they had booked and being told they needed to wait an hour+ to be seen, this obviously did not effect my massage however the way it was handled seemed unprofessional and I felt bad for these other clients. Again not too big of a deal the massages were great so I could look past it. Once time was up we went out to pay and I gave them cash to cover both massages plus a small tip. The woman held out her hand expecting more and I told her it was enough for both massages. She then rementioned it would be $140 for both and that I did not give her enough I proceeded to count out the cash in front of her to show it was $140 plus extra. She proceeded to tell me I did not leave enough for a tip. Firstly, a tip is not required anything left should be appreciated. Secondly, if you want more money raise your prices, I would have had no problem paying a higher price for this service. I had a few more dollar bills in my wallet so I gave her those as well which honestly I regret now. She saw I had a $100 bill in my wallet and told me to give her that as well. When I said no she said something in another language loudly and rudely. I am absolutely shocked at the fact that she expected an over $100 tip on a $140 service. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be returning. Very rude unprofessional staff.
